Doctor Cleary
Bart Cleary, DDS, PA

Dr. Cleary earned his Bachelor of Science and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He is a past president of the Gateway Dental Study Group and a current member and member of the board of the United States Dental Tennis Association.

He is active in the community and has made numerous dental missionary trips to third world countries. His last mission trip was in September 2019 to Guatemala with the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club. Bart has been a Rotarian since 1986 and is a member of the Oxford Rotary Club in District 7710. He was the President of his Club for two consecutive years from 1992 to 1994. During 1998 to 1999, he was District Governor of Rotary District 7710. District 7710 is made up of 47 clubs in the 10 counties surrounding the Research Triangle Park area of Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill. In April 2014, he was presented the Service Above Self award by Rotary International. Presently, he is the Section Chair of the USA/France Intercountry Committee of Rotary International. He is also on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina and a past director for the Vance-Granville Health Department. He is the immediate past President of the Oxford Community Tennis Association.
