At the new patient appointment, our staff will take the time to get to know you and your dental expectations in a relaxed, comfortable environment. The main purpose of this appointment is to allow us to begin to build a relationship with you and gather information relating to your overall dental health and needs. The typical appointment will consist of all the appropriate radiographs needed to properly diagnose, digital photographs, intraoral and extraoral head and neck cancer screening, a comprehensive exam and charting, periodontal health assessment, digital intraoral photographs, oral hygiene instructions, and the formulation of an appropriate treatment plan. We will take the time to discuss your dental concerns and make sure that a mutually understood treatment plan is reached to satisfy your dental goals.

Our office offers an interactive computerized education system to address patient concerns and needs. The Caesy system consists of a series of interactive videos from “Brushing & Flossing” to “Dental Implants.” There are a separate set of videos for children and adults making it a fun and unique way to learn more about the importance of dental health.

Drs. Bart Cleary and Reed Spears are not “Providers” for any specific dental insurance companies. However, we have the ability and will be happy to file your insurance for you to any insurance company. Please inform us prior to your new patient exam of your particular dental insurance carrier so that we may more efficiently serve you.
